Tart the Turtle: Hermit Mode Activated — Waterproof Die-Cut Vinyl Sticker | 2.4" × 2.75"

Sometimes you don't need to do more. You need to pause, breathe, reset, and give yourself permission to step back.

Hermit Mode Activated features Tart the Turtle, one of the Faultedlines crew mascots, and a reminder that taking time for yourself is part of taking care of yourself.

The Story

Tart was born in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, as a character representing resilience and the reminder that health comes first.

Back then, “Health First” was a personal word-of-the-year reminder, inspired by the desire to make sure what happened in 2019 wouldn't happen again.

The idea for Hermit Mode Activated came later, during a particularly go, go, go period. Sometimes, underneath all that doing, what was really needed was a chance to tune out of the world for a little while.

Pick up a book.
Get lost in another world.
Breathe.
Reset.
Rest.

Tart became a reminder that it's okay to take a step back when you need to. Rest isn't about giving up or falling behind. Sometimes, it's simply how you take care of yourself so you can keep going.
