I created this first edition during my Master's program while researching and noticed a gap for disaster preparedness awareness. As I worked through my studies, I realized that preparedness information often wasn't aesthetic, was difficult to find, and usually wasn't explained well until after an emergency had already happened so I decided on a different approach.

I wanted to create something different—something approachable, practical, and easy to return to. This planner is the beginning of my journey toward helping people create more preparedness, more ease, and less panic.
